At Lisa & Mark Vancouver, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only initiate a return after physically receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not allowed.
Return Process

Notify us of your return via info@lisamarkvancouver.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund
After receiving the item at the return address and approval of the product's condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, it is the customer's responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
